BlastWizard® Vacuum Blast Machine SSM 62-050CE

The BlastWizard® SSM 62-050CE is a dust-free vacuum blast system designed for blasting concrete, metal, polyester, stainless steel, weld seams, and more. The machine combines a blast pot, pre-separator, and vacuum unit in a mobile frame, which also includes a water separator and pressure regulator. This unit is equipped with a pre-separator with removable lid and sieve. The vacuum port is 3”, and the nozzle connection is 2”. It features a user-friendly disposable dust bin for simple waste handling. The air piping, main air valve, and mixing pipe are flow-matched for minimal pressure drop.The dosing of abrasive is precisely adjustable via the grit control cylinder, ensuring an optimal air-to-abrasive ratio. This dosing system retains its setting even after depressurization.

The BlastWizard® SSM 62-050CE is suitable for all recyclable abrasives. The use of slag abrasives is strongly discouraged. The vacuum blast head features a boron carbide blast nozzle and a dual-line deadman control. This highly reliable system prevents accidental pressurization of the pot, as the final signal is triggered via the return line. The dual-line control hose is color-coded to ensure correct connection. A pneumatic delay system ensures controlled depressurization of the main air valve upon release of the deadman handle, clearing the blast hose so a consistent abrasive flow is available on restart. The control box includes a standard emergency stop button, enabling third-party shutdown for added safety.
