The BlastWizard® 98-240CE blast pot is equipped with the unmatched bronze filling cone, which always seals airtight—even when abrasive is present in the hopper. The bronze metering sleeve ensures extremely precise regulation of all types of blasting media. This blast pot is also available with an electrically operated abrasive valve and silo connection. The pot features pneumatically controlled main air, exhaust, and abrasive valves. The internal air piping, main valve, and mixing pipe are flow-optimized to minimize pressure drop across the pot. The SU 12 abrasive valve allows for precise dosing of the blasting media, ensuring an optimal air-to-abrasive ratio. A key benefit of this valve is that settings remain unchanged after depressurization. The integrated blow-through valve enables quick unclogging without the need to disassemble the metering valve or mixing pipe.
