The BlastWizard® 98-150CE blast pot is equipped with the unmatched bronze filling cone, which always seals airtight—even when abrasive is present in the hopper. The bronze metering sleeve allows for highly precise adjustment of all types of blasting media. This blast pot is also available with an electrically controlled abrasive valve and optional silo connection. The pot features pneumatically operated main air, exhaust, and abrasive valves. The air lines, main valve, and mixing pipe are carefully calibrated for optimal flow, minimizing pressure loss. The SU 12 abrasive valve ensures accurate dosing of the abrasive for an ideal air-to-abrasive ratio. A major advantage is that the setting remains unchanged after depressurization. The integrated blow-through valve allows rapid unclogging without dismantling the metering valve or mixing pipe.
